A：Please format the TF card into FAT32 file system on your computer before using.
Q：Why is there light fluctuation during shooting?

A：Please turn off the infrared night vision light when recording.

Q：I got the camera’s firmware from the discussion community, why can't I switch on the camera after upgrading the software?
A：When the version number of the camera is different, the firmware is also different. If the firmware is updated incorrectly, the camera will not be turned on any longer. Please contact us for new software if you need.
Q：How to connect the camera?
